Aldo Peretti (Acimga) appointed Vice Chairman of the Industry Trade Fair Committee (CFI)
The chairman of Acimga, Aldo Peretti, has been elected Vice Chairman of the Industry Trade Fair Committee (CFI), the association of Italian trade fair organisers. The appointment was made during the Members’ Meeting held on 15 July.
According to Acimga, “The appointment recognises and rewards the work carried out in the field of internationalisation, with the vital support of our members. The printing, packaging and converting machine industry is a niche sector with extremely high added value and a strong export propensity. In 2018, no less than 64% of its revenue was generated by exports. Synergies are a key success factor in the trade fair sector, as demonstrated by the first edition of Print4All, held as part of the Innovation Alliance which brings together five trade fairs at a single event. It is no coincidence that we will be repeating this formula from 4 to 7 May 2021. We believe we can make an important contribution to an association like CFI, creating further positive synergies for promoting the excellence of the Italian manufacturing machinery industry.”
The CFI Members’ Meeting also confirmed Massimo Goldoni as Chairman, while Vincenzo Franco will serve as Vice Chairman alongside Peretti. The following were elected members of the Board: Giovanna Ceolini, Francesco Gili, Flavio Innocenzi, Alfredo Mariotti, Emilio Mussini, Ivo Nardella, Massimiliano Pierini, Marco Sabetta, Marina Stella, Ivano Vacondio and Enrico Zannini. The Board of Auditors will be composed of Aldo Parini (Chairman), Maurizio Nova and Giovanni Usuelli, while the Board of Arbitrators will consist of Giuseppe Bellora, Giovanni Dalloli and Massimo Martinoli.
